Mr. RO (“we”) runs mrrowater.com, Minerals by Mr. RO and Mr. RO Water. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and website visitors and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and delivery address.
- Order details: the minerals or water you order, quantities, delivery dates and, for plants, information such as plant capacity or water reports you choose to share.
- Business details: business name and, where needed for invoicing, your NTN.
The contact form on this website does not store anything. It opens WhatsApp on your device with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
When you place an order on this website, the details you enter (name, phone, address, city, items and any note) are sent to our private order sheet so we can call you and deliver your order. Your cart is kept only in your own browser until you place the order.
If you sign up for our first-order discount, we save your name and WhatsApp number in the same private sheet. We use it to apply your discount and to send occasional offers on WhatsApp. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop messaging you.
The website remembers your cart and whether you have already seen or used the discount offer using your browser's local storage on your own device. This is not shared with anyone, and clearing your browser data removes it.
2. How we use it
- To confirm, deliver and invoice your orders.
- To reply to your questions and give dosing or delivery advice.
- To send order and delivery updates, usually on WhatsApp.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share delivery details only with our own delivery staff or the courier carrying your order. Online orders are stored using Google services (Google Sheets and Gmail), which process the data on our behalf.
4. Website analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by contacting us below.
